Reception staff nice and friendly. Dentist listened to my needs. Even personal problems I had had. Liked how he walked me down to reception to arrange my next appointment. And explained it all to me

From the moment that I walked in through the door the team made me feel very welcome. The reception area is really calming with lovely smiling staff happy to help and assist with any concerns. When sat in the dentist chair everything is explained in so much detail at a level that is easy to understand. My dentist Dr Chris Broome has been an absolute hero for me. I explained my previous experience that had left me terrified of going back to the dentist. He listened and gave an explanation as to why I had experienced this and made me feel super relaxed and at ease. I can not recommend this practice highly enough and wish I had more stars available for this review! Chris and the team have completely restored my faith in dentists. Explained everything that happens and was put at ease

The reception team are amazing in their customer care and Marcus is exceptional in his professionalism, patient care and delivery of carefully planned cosmetic dentistry work. I cannot speak of, or recommend, him highly enough.

Going to the dentist is one of my worst fears, so being able to go to Newcastle has the least trauma for me. Everyone are so friendly understanding and treat me with the most respect and kindness that I feel only the slightest nervousness attending the clinic

Excellent service

I have used both private and NHS dentists in the past but appointments have always felt rushed and I’ve not really felt informed. I’ve had a few terrible experiences which really made me nervous to attend appointments. My experience at Newcastle every time in the last 2 years is completely the opposite to this. Both the dentist and hygienist allow time to fully explain both what is going on with my teeth and gums but also what I need to be doing between visits. I have already recommended Newcastle to friends and family especially if they are nervous about visiting the dentist.
